Practice

Mr. Bartley is counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Department. His experience includes complex commercial litigation, including significant experience with electronic discovery, securities, and civil RICO matters. Mr. Bartley also has experience representing individuals in both criminal actions and enforcement proceedings. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of Massachusetts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Mr. Bartley is a former infantry officer, Ranger, and Captain in the United States Army.
