Mr. Sheikh is counsel to the Firm and a member of the Corporate International Department. He has extensive experience in international and domestic corporate transactions, including project financings, asset securitizations, syndicated loans and other financings; private equity acquisitions; information technology outsourcing contracts; domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures; distribution, agency and licensing agreements; domestic and international commodities transactions, including long-term supply arrangements, joint ventures and pre-export financings in the oil, coal, aluminum, alumina, copper, scrap, zinc and other sectors.
